General

The services provided by Laverick Trading cc - Bear Essentials are only available to individuals who can make legally binding contracts.

The services provided by Laverick Trading are not available to minors and/or those individuals under the age of 18 years old and any other individuals who are legally prohibited from entering into binding contracts.

Buyers who refuse to pay or otherwise complete a sales transaction and any other members who abuse the service or otherwise act contrary to the Terms of Service may be denied service by Laverick Trading at their sole discretion. Furthermore, any party engaging in illegal activities involving the use of the service will be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

The Service is a Business-to-Person and Business-to-Business site. Laverick Trading owns the merchandise & services sold except for SAFE KIDS.

Laverick Trading cannot release information regarding individual registered members or comment on activity between members except to those members directly involved in a transaction and to law enforcement agencies. Registration for Buying

Registration is required to use the service provided by Laverick Trading. Basic registration is free and does not obligate you to purchase anything or release sensitive information such as financial information. The registration form requires you to provide Laverick Trading with certain true, complete and accurate information about yourself so that you may safely use the service. Upon acceptance of your registration, you will receive a welcome letter via email. Transmission times depend on your Internet Service Provider, but it typically takes less than an hour to receive your welcome letter. Your user name is your complete email address. Without a valid email address and password, you will not be eligible to purchase on the Laverick Trading – Bear Essential website

Members will receive electronic mailings and/or other information relevant to the completion of a sales or purchase transaction. Members will receive electronic mailings as required to be notified of changes to the existing Terms and Conditions. Your personal data will never be sold to other mailing lists. Laverick Trading will only use your personal membership information in accordance with our Privacy Statement.

Registered members may request their membership to be closed.

Warranties & Returns

All products sold by Laverick Trading cc are covered under our 5 day guarantee against defects. Items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to manufacturer and/or Laverick Trading restrictions.

Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:

1.       All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

2.       All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

3.       Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and all non product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.

4.       If unopened goods are returned within 5 days, you will receive a refund excluding transport costs.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error Laverick Trading cc shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Laverick Trading cc shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders.

Backorders

Because Laverick Trading cc manufactures each product, or is supplied from outside sources, we may not always have an item in stock. Laverick Trading will accept orders for out of stock items to ensure that you will be the first to receive the item once it becomes available. Once the item becomes available, it will be forwarded onto you. If your order is not in stock, you can either choose to backorder or cancel the order or part thereof.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Laverick Trading cc reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order and without prior notice to you, to supply another brand item within our packs. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
